I'm Dr. Nouman Waheed, an endodontist practising in Dubai. For over two decades my working day has been measured in millimetres — finding canals others miss, working every case to full length, never stopping short of the apex. That discipline shaped everything else I do.

Along the way I became a teacher. Not by title first, but by necessity: the courses I wanted young dentists to have didn't exist, so I learned instructional design and started building them — accredited CME that respects a clinician's time and actually changes what they do on Monday morning.

Then came the tools. I run my own infrastructure, build software for dental practices, and spend serious time where AI meets healthcare — testing what genuinely helps a clinician and calling out what doesn't. My 3D printers went through the same journey: from hobby machines on a workbench to workflows I'd trust chairside.

And underneath it all, the original mission: patients deserve honest answers. That's why patient-facing oral-health content lives on its own dedicated property, written in plain language, with no procedure to sell.
